We are looking for a Legal Counsel with strong contractual expertise to oversee and manage the legal aspects of our business. In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding the company’s interests by ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating legal risks, and providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across the organization.
You’ll be part of the Legal team and report directly to the Head of Legal.
What you are going to do:
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, with a primary focus on IT service agreements
- Provide clear, practical, and timely legal advice to management and internal stakeholders, particularly on contractual matters
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks related to business decisions and operations
- Develop and improve contract templates, guides, and internal processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with business teams (e.g., Sales, Delivery, Operations) to support contract negotiations and deal structuring
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, especially in a fast-paced IT environment
- Proactively advise on potential legal issues, with a strong focus on contract lifecycle management
- 4+ years of experience in commercial and contract law, with a strong focus on drafting and negotiating contracts
- Proven experience handling complex commercial agreements independently
- Experience in IT and/or IP law is a strong advantage
- Experience working in or with the IT/technology sector will be considered a significant plus
- Master’s degree in Law
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills in English (a must-have)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance legal risk with business needs
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

- The salary range is 4000 - 5300 EUR GROSS / month depending on your experience
