Freshworks is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our growing global legal team and play a critical role in supporting our North America business. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic legal partner to revenue and operations leaders, owning complex commercial transactions and helping scale contracting processes in a fast-growing SaaS company.
You'll work closely with Sales, Channels, Customer Success, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to enable deals, manage risk, and support continued growth — all while delivering practical, customer-friendly legal guidance. This role reports to the VP of Legal and offers meaningful visibility, autonomy, and impact.

The annual base salary range for this position is $161,000 - $200,000 USD. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
