Seeking a Finance Lawyer to lead high-stakes financing transactions for our global data center portfolio. You will manage complex debt structures, project financing, and strategic investments essential for digital infrastructure growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate large-scale project finance, syndicated loans, and green bond offerings.
• Draft legal documentation for credit facilities, security packages, and intercreditor agreements.
• Advise on capital markets activities and corporate treasury operations.
• Oversee compliance with existing debt covenants and financial regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Development teams to align financing with land acquisition and construction timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar membership.
• 5+ years of experience in project finance or banking law, preferably within infrastructure or tech.
• Expertise in cross-border transactions and complex collateral structures.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on risk mitigation and commercial viability.
