As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment.

Role Responsibilities
• Acting as a trusted legal advisor to business colleagues, leaders, and senior legal staff
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer contracts for UK business lines
• Maintaining and updating template documents and NDAs
• Providing template contracts and guidance to internal stakeholders
• Undertaking corporate work such as preparing board minutes, maintaining corporate registers, and preparing filings
• Supporting senior lawyers on diverse legal matters, including corporate, commercial, marketing, and product issues
• Assisting on major projects and coordinating actions with senior lawyers
• Managing commercial disputes and litigation in the UK
• Supporting product development initiatives with actionable, practical legal advice
Qualifications & Skills
• UK-qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5+ years PQE
• 2+ years of experience working in an in-house legal team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and confident in providing practical business solutions
