What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Legal Counsel to join our team at Legal & Compliance Department.·

• Provide research, counsel, and guidance on legal questions or issues of business units.
• Prepare and review contracts and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters to protect the organization's legal and business interests.
• Analyse and identify legal risks and implications.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce. 

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law,
• At least 2 years of experience in a reputable law firm or a national/multinational company,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Having no restriction on traveling,
• Working independently on assigned legal projects,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
