Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is seeking a Tax Counsel for its Rome office, with a particular focus on Tax M&A and Real Estate.

Role and activities

• Tax M&A and Real estate
• Tax advice at national and international level
• Ordinary and extraordinary consultancy
• Compliance activities
• Corporate Consulting
• Tax litigation.

What we look for

• 8 to 10 years’ professional experience, gained in established firms
• A degree in economics, preferably with a specialisation in private practice
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
