About the Role:
The General Counsel will serve as the chief legal advisor for the organization, providing comprehensive legal guidance to the executive team and board of directors. This role is pivotal in managing all legal aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations within the professional, scientific, and technical services industry. The General Counsel will lead risk management efforts by identifying potential legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them effectively. Additionally, this position involves overseeing corporate governance, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and intellectual property matters to protect and advance the company’s interests.
